Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment Terms

  • A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. This is payable via bank transfer upon receipt of invoice and must be settled within 30 days.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.

  • The final invoice, which will include any travel and additional costs, will be issued after your client call (typically around one month before your event). This must be paid in full prior to the event date. 

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Please note that all booking fees and deposits are non-refundable.

  • If cancellation occurs:
    - ​More than 3 months before the 
    event: No additional cancellation fee.
    - Between 3 months and 1 month before the event: A 50% cancellation fee will apply (excluding the deposit already paid).
    - Less than 1 month before the event: A 100% cancellation fee will apply (excluding the deposit already paid).

Travel Costs

  • Travel expenses will be calculated based on your event location and added to your final invoice. 

 

Song Requests

  • We welcome song requests that are not on our current setlist. 

  • If specific sheet music needs to be purchased, a fee of £10–£20 per piece may apply. This will be clearly itemised and added to your final invoice.
